The Administrators Association Chula Vista (AACV) is the collective bargaining unit for Principals and Associate Principals who work in the Chula Vista Elementary School.

To advocate for fairly negotiated collective bargaining rights, wages, workload and working conditions of our members.

To protect and ensure the equitable  treatment of our members.

To effectively communicate with all members and ensure that their concerns are appropriately addressed.

To promote the professional well-being of our members.

To empower our members to provide the highest quality public school education for all students.
