I’m Jeff Rapp, and as a caring and passionate educator, I am dedicated to empowering those around me and serving my community. A proud product of the Sweetwater district, I have had the distinct privilege of serving this district for the past 10 years where I am currently the Assistant Principal at Montgomery Middle, along with an additional 4 years in another district. My experiences have shaped my commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students.

In my current role as the scholarship and social chairperson for the Administrators Association Sweetwater Union, I take great pride in supporting my fellow administrators. I am excited to coordinate scholarship opportunities and events that unite us in our mission to enhance student success. Through these initiatives, I strive to create meaningful connections within our educational community, furthering our collective goal of empowering students and making a positive impact.
