As Vice President of the Administrators Association of the Sweetwater Union High School District, I am honored to advocate for and support the dedicated leaders who serve our students and communities every day. With 25 years in education—23 of those within Sweetwater—I have had the privilege of shaping student success as a teacher, coach, and, for the last decade, as a principal at the alternative, middle, and high school levels.

As an English Learner and proud graduate of the Sweetwater Union High School District, my passion lies in providing leadership that is rooted in equity, support, and high expectations. I am committed to fostering an environment where students, staff, and administrators alike have the opportunities and resources to thrive. Together, we can ensure that our schools remain places of growth, empowerment, and excellence.
