My name is Sasha Scott and I currently serve as the proud principal of Mar Vista Academy.  As the Bargaining Chair, I bring 20 years of experience in education as a high school science teacher, coach and administrator. Throughout my career, I have served in multiple leadership roles, including most recently serving as the Middle School Principal representative on the District's Bargaining Team when negotiating the SEA contract. These experiences will allow me to bring valuable insights and skills as we enter negotiations. As a dedicated advocate for fairness and equity, I prioritize transparent communication and strategic negotiations to ensure our members' voices are heard and valued. My most important role is being the proud mother of two boys, Jordan and Kai, and in my free time, I enjoy watching and playing sports. I look forward to building solidarity and advancing the rights of SUHSD administrators, while working tirelessly with the AASD board to strengthen our union.
