MCAAP/MCBOA is an employee organizational union-within the Montgomery County Public School System that represents the certificated and non-certificated administrators and supervisors,created in 1981 and formerly known as MCAASP with MCBOAs creation in 2008.

​These positions are covered by two recognized units:

 Montgomery County Association of Administrators and Principals (MCAAP) 

 Montgomery County Business and Operations Administrators (MCBOA)

Our two units work together through a combined and representational leadership with a Board of Directors and chapter organization. ​We represent and protect our members professional and employment interests during their time as Administrators and Supervisors while working for MCPS.
