National Career Technology Month - "Celebrate today. Own Tomorrow"
This month we celebrate our high schools career technology programs, All MCPS high schools offer at least one Career and Technical Education (CTE) program, with additional regional programs providing easier access for all students. CTE benefits employers, the community, and most importantly, our students. Stongate Elementary School classroom teacher Abigail Farbe describes having CTE programs within her classroom as being “ One of the best parts of being a teacher and just being a person helping the kids in this community.”
