As an employee organizational union within Montgomery County Public School system, we represent the certified and non-certified Administrators and Principals. These positions are covered by two recognized units; Montgomery County Association of Administrators and Principals (MCAAP (MCAASP) created in 1981) and Montgomery County Business and Operations Administrators (MCBOA, created in 2008). MCAAP and MCBOA work together with combined leadership, governed by our Board of Directors and chapter organizations.
