After the Pre-Conference sessions scheduled this afternoon, AFSA President Ernest Logan will be kicking off the union's 15th triennial convention Thursday evening at the National Museum of African American History and Culture. This convention promises to be the best one yet in the busy and historical area of Washington, D.C.
